Mine went from July 31st to Aug 2nd however I am keeping hope Alive! lol

Mine went from July 23rd to July 26th.  It slipped 1 day yesterday and 2 more days today.  I'd been thinking of staying in Australia until her interview if it looks like it would be soon.  Looks like the interview won't happen till the fall now.  Nooooo! :(  Is something going on with USCIS now?

June 2016: We started writing to each other

June-July 2017: Met in person in the US for our first anniversary

December 2017 - January 2018: Met again in the US and got engaged

01/09/2018: I-129F sent to the USCIS Dallas Lockbox via FedEx

01/16/2018: Received NOA1 (NOA1 notice date: 01/11/2018)

June-July 2018: Met in person in Singapore and Australia for our second anniversary

08/03/2018: Notice date on our NOA2 (updated in USCIS's new website on August 6)

08/15/2018: Our case reached NVC

08/22/2018: Received NVC case number

09/04/2018: Our package left NVC (arrived 9/11, and she sent packet 3 that day)

09/20/2018: Received packet 4; scheduled interview

10/30/2018: Interview - told that we're approved!  Now waiting to receive the visa...
11/27/2018: Port of Entry at BWI

12/1/2018: Our wedding!

12/8/2018: Filed AoS on the way to our honeymoon (12/8-15/2018)
6/~7/2019: EAD and AP approved
09/25/2019: AOS interview in Orlando -- approval and green card!

Next step, June 2019: Filing I-751

Note: My wife is a Singaporean.  She moved to Australia before we met and got permanent residency there.

Doth mine eyes deceive me?  A late November filer just received their NOA2?! There are some other mid November filers in there too so I will continue to think positively about sticking to a 6 month or less NOA2 timeline!

I am apprehensive about these late Nov. approvals. The weirdness of them makes me uncomfortable for their speed in processing. Plus, what happened to beginning of Nov? They're going to have to go back around to it. So it's not like they'll jump from late Nov. to Dec. without going through the entirety of Nov. anyways. I don't know, again, makes me nervous.

Lol!  You be apprehensive & nervous if you like but I will maintain positive thinking!  You can only reap what you sow, including the energy you put out into the universe.  Perhaps earlier Nov dates just happened to not be in the last 15.  Perhaps many of them are not updating. I'm sure they are still looking at some earlier November files but the fact that mid to late Nov filers have even gotten an NOA2 is a positive sign.

They have started on the beginning according to yesterday scans the bulk of approvals was still Nov 17th on but they had a few Nov 2nd on the scan if my memory is correct :)

Def a positive sign and I hope there are a lot of silent noa2’s but the reality is 170 cases out of 3k plus cases have been touched in novemebr according to the scans. They have along way to go and hope they keep the pace. My guess is that we will see our dates touched in the 175-200 day range. Fingers crossed it moves faster but that’s my guess. I have come to the realization that If She prob won’t get VOH till the end of September. I last saw my fiancé in the beg of March and just decided to book a week vacation for her and I in Antalya next week. I’ll then go back for 2 weeks in July to visit her and will go back the final time for interview and move to the USA. We have no control over the process.
