I'm from January too. It took me 3 days to get to this page :) 99 pages.

I've sent it on the 13th and they've accepted it on the 16th.

For the first time I've checked my case status few minutes ago, and it says this:

On January 16, 2018, we received your Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), Receipt Number WAC1234567890, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by February 15, 2018, please call the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

What instructions did they sent? I just got letter with the case number and the usual things. I don't think there are any instructions. Is that the regular text that they send to everyone?

Thanks

What they meant by “instruction they sent” is your NOA 1 hard copy. Like this👇C2FD32BD-BD24-417D-924A-80837E919A81.thumb.jpeg.2d74949d70fdca36f0be28e3fec0a1e5.jpeg

Thank you. I feel better. I thought that I've missed something. I've been out of the country since I've sent the form and got scared for a moment. Don't want to delay the process any longer.

On average (ballpark), how long it takes from receiving NOA2 to the interview? We were guesstimating that if everything goes as should, she would have her interview in October, then our wedding in December :)

Processing time now from noa1 to noa2 is 5-7 months and from noa1 to visa on hand is approximately 9-11mos. Yes december  is such a realistic time for a wedding.

Welcome to VisaJourney. Few more weeks to go and it’ll be our time to be approved.

Getting closer every day :) My timeline shows estimated date for I129f review somewhere between July 21st and July 25th.

Is my fiance going to receive any notification from USCIS or the entire communication will come through my address?

Thanks

Thanks

Notifications about the USCIS approval(noa2) will be sent to you(text and hardcopy). But you can also track it down using case tracker app or uscis website: uscis.dhs.gov

The beneficiary will be notified on the NVC stage about the petition.

Same it's useless and just adds to the stress. I've grown to love weekdays with this process. On the plus side, today marks 4 months since NOA1 for me. It's sad to think if it were a year ago we would have probably already had our NOA2s <_<

Yeah, I am right there with you guys. Clocking day 100 now. It hasn't felt like that much especially when i think that last time i physically saw my fiance was early January and it is May now. We can do this. Keep yourself occupied with work or school or reading or exercise, spending time with family and it will be our turn before you know it. I also do not check Visa Journey on the weekends unless i am tagged on something, i also believe skipping those two days, makes the time go by a bit faster.
