Impossible to reschedule an appointment for my mom in Nairobi

Hi all,

 

I am having trouble to reschedule an appointment for my mom in Nairobi Kenya for over a month now.

It is frustrating and I don't know what to do, I wish that I found this platform earlier so some mistake could be avoided,

has anyone being in this situation? Please, let me know.

Are you trying to do that via "My Account" on the global support services page?  When I've used that in the past, I've found it best to keep an eye on the calendar at odd hours of the night/early morning hours between midnight and 3/4am.  If you are already in the US, you can also call customer care services on 703-439-2302 and ask them to help with rescheduling; I've done that too in the past.

Thank you Teshah for your response. I live in the US and I've tried to call the Usvisa info but they referred me back to the embassy and when I contact the embassy by email they send me back to the USvisa info and tell me to wait. I check the website at least 6 to 8 times a day but no luck. Are talking about the US hours or Nairobi hours?

I was talking about Kenyan time.  Alternatively, just cancel the current appointment.  The visa fee paid should remain valid for a period of one year so you can schedule another appointment at a later date.
