@Mrs Gia I called about 15 minutes ago and still nothing. The lady did tell me that her coworker whom I spoke to this morning did in fact put in a request for tracking info but she said to call back tomorrow. She also told me that once the number is issued I would receive an email as well.

My husband called about 15 min ago too and the rep told him they would put in a request. Have you tried going down to the dhl? A couple of weeks ago I read on a post where a lady told dhl that she had her tracking # when she didn’t and once in there they inquired with her passport # and sure enough the package was there but it hasn’t been scanned. We’re walking to the ASC now to see if we can do the same. Good luck! Keep us posted

@Mrs Gia The DHL is about an hour and a half away from me if not I’d go check but I don’t want to take a 3 hour round trip for nothing. I read that too, I tried calling the DHL location but had no luck with them picking up the phone. Hopefully they have it and just haven’t scanned it for you guys!

@Ronnie2018 understandable, I thought you were about 30 minutes away. We just got back from the asc and they were closed they were only taking biometric appointments. I did see 2 dhl vans pull up and drop off about 4-5 big bags of packages I just pray to god my husbands was in there and it will be ready for pick up tomorrow. I saw many frustrated people outside some had their appoinents last Wednesday I honestly don’t know what’s going on at this point. Frustration level is sky high among all of us.

@Mrs Gia I hope that’s a good sign for all of us and we all get them tomorrow! I’ve read they’re all shipped over night once they go out and It should not take so long especially when it says it’s already been printed. But then again this is the government we are dealing with and they take they’re sweet time.

@Ronnie2018

i called this morning and they told me a tracking number hasn’t been assigned to me yet. I chose to receive it in Juarez and I thought it would be faster but I’m getting worried now! I hope you receive yours soon. I want to walk over to the ASC but since I don’t have a tracking number I don’t know if the guard will even let me in to ask.

Where did you call could you please pass me that number
