Hi am trying to obtain an identification or a police certificate for venezuela, lived there for 2 yrs and had no status

For How long did you live in Venezuela?

Where are you from?

Did you came here with a particular visa?

Why do you want a Venezuelan ID?

Where you over 16 years old in 1987?

If that's the case, you do need the police certificate from Venezuela.

You will need a Venezuelan ID for foreigner. I'm only aware of that ID available for people that has laboral visas to work in Venezuela, or at least legal residence.

I would tell you to register in the system, since now everything is electronically, and try to get them with a passport number, but it would only let you with an ID number.

Because your situation is so particular, I believe you could email the minister of Justice, explaining your situation and if it would be possible to obtain the criminal records without a Venezuelan ID, and in the best case, without having to go to Venezuela.

You will need to write the email in Spanish, since I highly doubt they would even bother to translate it...You would be lucky if they reply back.
