Hello,

I'm Cuban living in Spain, my fiancé is in Miami. We are waiting for NOA 2. They sent us the NOA 1 on 08/07/2017. Processing times on USCIS web page shows 08/01/2017 and in here 08/08/2017. Anybody from that date? Also we will want to know if I still need my police record from Cuba.

They started approving August cases on 2/5, so far they went up to August 29.

However not all cases would be updated at once. There are people waiting from every date of August.

 

There are also people from April, May, June, July waiting. so hopefully your case will come around.

About police certificate, I don't know if there is any extraordinary circumstances but as long as you lived in Cuba after the age of 16 for longer than 6 months, then you will need it.
