I apologize in advance for asking this question as I’m sure it’s posted on this forum before but due to my adhd and anxiety I would appreciate if someone gives me detail answer in this thread rather than sending a link.

Here’s the scenario for which I need help

i am out of status due to overstay on my visa and recently married my wife and now I want to apply for adjustment of status.

I want to apply for advance April, green card and work authorization. Which forms do I need and how much is the total fee in this case.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Overstay is forgiven when married to a USC.

File the i130 and i485 and the EAD form...you are fine but file sooner rather then later!

Also, do not leave the country until you have your green card!

they are free

Exactly! I think people get worried because they overstayed.

But overstay is forgiven. The interview is to determine you are in a real relationship.
