I am really surprised by CO who interview me stated different things on the paper to the USCIS about my interview.

The questions I was asked in US embassy in Ghana was as follows below:

(1) How did you get to know your wife

(2) why your wife family or friends did not    attend the wedding ceremony ?

(3) did you ever married ?

(4) what are the things your wife like most ?

(5) what are the most interesting things she likes ?

(6) what is the funniest thing she did recently ?

(7) what do she like most about her city ?

Those are the questions I was asked at the US Embassy in Accra Ghana.

But this is what is in the intent to revoke letter !

(1) because you have a different religion .

(2) absence of your wife family or friends in the married ceremony

(3) you don't know anything about your wife , family and friends .AND

(4) you keep repeating yourself for what you think you are going to be question .

This is really amazing , why can't they tell the truth or write down exactly what you been interviewed. ?

What do you mean? They investigate your case for months before the interview. It was probably something that found before the interview.

Please read the contents very well, what I was surprised about is they added something they did not ask me for and while they did not write down some of the questions asked me in the embassy. Just look at what they asked me at the time for my interview and also look also what USCIS wrote to me , its not the same bro and that is what I am talking about.

Are any of the points noted factually incorrect or just a judgement call that you disagree with?

Are you the same religion?

Were they at your wedding?

I'm not saying that I agree (or disagree) with the points or that the above are good reasons alone to refuse the visa. But those are the only 2 points that seem to be hard facts. If they are incorrect, then be sure to address them in the response as such. You need to respond to all points, but if they are factually incorrect then showing that should help a lot with the reaffirmation.

Nash where you be able to answer all the answers correctly at your interview and you were denied..?

I can say yes to my knowledge , her parents didn't attend the married because they are afraid to fly out of the country because they are at the old  age , I don't really know what she like about her city , I can't lie about that and never see my wife been funny ,I think that is what he don't see to get it and had turned everything upset down to go against me .

i have said this many times

you need to know every little and big thing about your spouse

they can say "what books does she read?"

"what color is her house?"

"what did she eat for breakfast?"

"what is her weather like?"

"where did she study in school/ college?"

and like us, being from a high fraud country,  the USC needs several qualitiy visits / not just a 10 day vacation

giving an example "if the CO says what did she eat for breakfast this morning?   and you interview at  9 AM, they expect you to say "She is not awake yet as the time is 5/6 hours ahead in  your country/   they do not expect you to say coffee and toast

Best i can say is 'DO not give up/ reapply "

we fought immigration for 6 years and he is now here for almost 3 years

But this is not the CO problem or embassy /  they look for several signals when they read the application and test you in interview

for instance they asked my husband "what does your family think?  he smiled and said they love her

CO said "you smile,  you lie"  as the embassy takes all this so serious,  you must also be completely serious
