Took a voluntary departure from usa and stayed more than 10 years out of it, can i get back if i won a dv lottery

Hi

I was granted a voluntary departure by the immigration judge from usa back in September 2007 for overstaying my visa more than 1 year. I had a car accident and the police officer called the ins on me. I left before the time i was supposed to and my question now is can i get back to us if i won the dv lottery?

If any ban period is over, and there aren’t any serious or outstanding criminal issues, then yes....IF you win, IF there is another DV lotttery, and (subject to change) if you don’t come from a country that falls under the travel ban.

Agreed. If you followed thew terms of the voluntary departure and served your bar - assuming there are no other inadmissibilities - you should be fine for the DV program.
