I have my ASO interview in pittsburgh on the 10th of May (week and a half from now) and I checked my status online two days ago, and there was a touch on both my I-485 and I-130.

I was wondering if anyone who had their interviews experienced something similar. in addition, could it be that it is an indication that my namecheck is complete??? i sure hope so even though it might just be that my file was transfered from Missouri to my local offince in Pittsburgh.

It could have been your file arriving in your local office.... doubt it has anything to do with namecheck...

02/09/2005-------Sent in request to Congressional office for assistance with expediting EAD.

05/14/2009 -- Green Card expired.

05/23/2009 --- Check cleared bank.

05/26/2009 -- Received NOA (NOA date May 15, 2009, guess they aren't deporting me).

09/23/2009 - date of decision to approve (letter received), just waiting for card. No online updates whatsoever.

My file was touched on March 11 and I had my interview on March 26...and I am pending the FBI name check, which, by the way, according the officer that interviewed me, by mistake was never sent to the FBI until the interview... :wacko:
