Interviews are scheduled according to your Case Complete date at NVC. When was your CC ?

NVC - 603-334-0700 [HOURS: 7am - 12am EST, M-F]

Make sure you have both names, dates of birth, as well as the USCIS receipt number (or NVC case number once it's assigned) on hand before calling.

They won't understand the term "case complete"( That's a VisaJourney term) So you should ask if they are finished processing your case.

Although if they were done processing last year you should probably just ask if they've received notification that your 601a was approved yet.
