We honestly did not even start to fill out AOS applications yet...btw did you guys only pay for one fee? which is the AOS +Biometrics fee? I've heard that the AP and EAD fees are waived when you apply for AOS

We paid just the one fee plus biometrics.  However, the AP filing was rejected and returned for lack of payment.  We had to re-file the AP to include the NOA1 for the AOS and a letter to remind them that filing for AP is free when filed with the AOS.

We were just unlucky.

Finally done.
