I have worked for the airlines for over 7 years in my experience the best deal that I tend to find are over the internet, the next best thing is to go to a reliable travel agent, the last option might be to go through the reservation numbers of the airlines or go to the actuall airport they usually dont give a good deal.
On the prelim check I did, some deals to EWR (from KHI) seemed to be lower-priced than to JFK.

(plus EWR is oft easier to drive to than JFK).

2009/11/16 My 46TH birthday, Pras N-400 approved

2010/03/18 Pras' swear-in
