My wife and I are planning to mail in our I-130 package to the Chicago Lockbox on Monday. I am almost finished - I think - assembling our package. I have looked at as many examples as I could find, and hopefully it is enough. We have been married since December 22, 2017. Here is what I've got:

- Cover page with cashier's check for $535 to Homeland Security and 2 2x2 passport photos of both of us. Table of contents included.

- I-130, I-130A, G-1145

- Certified copy of my birth certificate from the county clerk

- Certified copy of our marriage certificate from the county clerk

- About 25ish photos of us spanning between 2012-2017. Many photos include photos of us with our siblings, parents, grandparents. Many are in front of famous monuments (Washington Monument in D.C., Sun Voyager in Reykjavik, We included our group photo from our wedding with both of our families and all of our friends. All photos are captioned with who is in them. I printed the photos 3 to a page out of my printer.

- 7 pages of cards, letters, etc. written to each other for Valentine's Days, birthdays, and anniversaries.

- 4 examples of screenshots of conversations from iMessage, Skype, and Facebook. We have examples from 2012, 2013, 2015, and 2016. Should I include more? It is really hard to choose when there are SO many messages between us over the years.

- I will have two to four affidavits from friends/family. Each of our closest brothers are writing one for us, as well as two friends who have known us since we met in 2012 and one of them actually officiated our wedding.

- ALL copies of our travel itineraries from over the years (16 in total). I have also included my itinerary for when I come visit her in Denmark summer 2018, so that makes 17. We also plan on going to London, so I included a copy of our hotel booking.

- Train tickets from Amtrak that have both of our traveler information on them

- Airbnb travel receipts with both of our traveler information on them.

- Several hotel booking receipts from over the years.

- We got a joint bank account in the U.S. in January 2018. I am including our January and February 2018 statements with our names at the top.

Is there anything I am lacking? Should I put more examples of online conversations? If so, how many more examples? We have never lived together before since we are both only 22 and met in high school here in the United States when she was a foreign exchange student, so we do not have much more to provide for finances/shared living expenses other than our joint bank account.

I think you provided more than enough. I only provided 1 affidavit letter, photos and evidence of a joint bank account and our i130 still got approved by USCIS. I don't think you should over do it either since that may raise suspicions.

One more note,  you should add ID info for you and your spouse, if you didn't do so already. Such as photocopies of passports and national IDs.

Good luck! :)

That is more than enough. My i130 was approved without complications or having to submit more evidence. I included the required documents/copies of documents as listed. I also included a pre-marital counseling certificate, and a letter from my mother indicating that she knew about the marriage ahead of time and that she knows my husband. That's it. I got approved after 7 months.
