I’ve seen a case like this, lucky enough they were approved on spot! Interview was this week. I’ve been following them since July 2017, they married August and adjusted. As you requested for advice the same thing they did and people were saying the same you’re hearing now. But they didn’t lose hope and went on to marry. At some point it’s a fraud but I would prefer not to give up on it and try your luck.

That's all we can do... after May, it went downhill for June they waited even longer, but it's getting better. Op and me have only 1 day apart hope we only have a few more weeks to go.

Hoping for the best for you both, this waiting game is no joke!

This is a letter I sent to my lawyer. I filed 5/30/2017 then sent back a RFE 1/27/2018. I’m going on 9 months now.

Is it like this for all your clients ? I’m starting to feel discriminated against. I’ve been to the Philippines 🇵🇭 4 times this year to be with my fiancé. If met all the requirements. I’ve paid the fees. Thousands of people are getting k-1 visas that have filed months after us . There is no one to call or email at immigration. It’s like they are hiding from their customers. I have no idea who’s desk my application is sitting on and collecting dust. There is no way to check to see if they even received our RFE evidence we sent in. What if it was lost or something??? It’s almost been 9 months now. I’m losing my mind to be honest.

Have you called USCIS to inquire on your package?  I filed early May, but we did not have an RFE, that alone will tack on another 30days from the time they receive the package.  We got approved in Oct 2017.  I would suggest calling USCIS and asking for a Tier 2 officer.

@Irishdoherty  I called USCIS 3 times, so don't be afraid to call them.  Tier 2 officer is next in line if you get nowhere with the person you talk to. Good luck!
