Nope. It won't affect your k1 visa.  Just say the truth and the exact information in your D1 60.  I was denied B1 tourist visa,during my k1 visa interview,I was asked about it and I said yes but I don't  know why I was denied ,i was approved and today I am in USA  with a GREEN card. Goodluck
