My mom received a forwarded email from my Aunt who was the petitioner and it indicates the things to bring on the interview day. One of the requirement is to bring the NBI clearance with my mothers corrected name as AKA. Now we went for NBI clearance and my Mom got a HIT on her name. We were told to come back after 10 working days. The interview is in few days and it is impossible to take the NBI clearance with her. Is it okay to bring all the documents to prove that her birth name was changed to the legal name she used for rest of her documents? Will she encounter problems on the interview day? And are there any solution for this?. thank you.

She needs the NBI clearance with the name she goes by and is currently using. If there was a hit on it then you have 2 options right now. You can either go to the interview and just get a 222g basically a request for some documentation that is needed(NBI Clearance) or reschedule the interview.

Thank you for the response, so will just go in the embassy and request for this 222g document. Do the consul consider for another interview until we get the NBI clearance with the AKA?

Hindi, you go to the embassy for the interview and they will request that document from you. Once you get the document you send it in through 2go and then wait until it is approved.

Opo just show up for the interview and they will be like "We need this documentation from you before we can finish your application", then they will hand you paperwork on what documentation is needed and how to send it to them.

I see, the release of this NBI with AKA is just 4 days apart from the interview, very frustrating,  and according from previous applicants it took them 2 weeks to fix this problem.
