I'm a registered  sex offender  for a misdemeanor  charge for saying a bad word.will I be denied for a fiance  visa for my girlfriend

If you have a conviction subject to the AWA then most likely, yes.

It can be. Without being vulgar about it, using explicit/sexually charged language to a minor (not around them, but directly to them) can be a crime if there's sufficient evidence to suggest you were attempting to groom them, and a conviction would come with mandatory registration on the state sex offender registry. 

 

I'm NOT saying that this is what OP is talking about, but simply that "words" depending on context can land someone with a felony charge.

Well, that's not "saying a bad word" so much as being sexually explicit with a minor. I get what you mean, and I have no idea if that is the case here, but if it were...anybody that downplays the latter as just saying a bad word shows an astounding lack of remorse on their own actions.

 

If it was a sexual offense involving a minor, it likely falls under the AWA. This is virtually a dead wall unless maybe you have several years to fight it and lots of money for a lawyer. I think the last statistic was over 99% of petitions from a petitioner with an AWA conviction are denied.

Didn't we have a poster here about a month ago saying it took him almost 5 years to fight it and he eventually won. But damn 5 years.
