hello,i appiled b2 visa,while my form i 130 is processing i recived my noa1,b2 visa is rejected yesterday,can i apply once again(b2),is there apporve any problem for my from i 130 in futher.is there any minimum chance to aprrove...

You're free to apply again (and pay the $160), but it's extremely unlikely to be approved with a recent refusal. If/Once your circumstances have changed, then the result may change.

 

The B-2 refusal won't impact the immigrant visa (provided you are honest at all times, as anybody is expected to be).

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

Like already said you can apply as much as you want. It is your money. But if nothing has changed since the last time you applied it will be the same result.

 

Invitation letters and affidavits of support aka "sponsorships" do not help.

Apply as many times as you can afford the Rs11,000 fee.. but B2 likely be declined due to recent denial and immigrant intent. Better to wait the 10 months. Curious why USC did not begin the spousal petition sooner than 1.5 yrs into marriage.
