FIANCE'S PASSPORT NO SIGNATURE

No signature as in, the passport itself doesn't have one, or the photocopy doesn't have one?

If the first - no idea, but I assume that it will depend on legal requirements for his country's passport.

If the second: It shouldn't be an issue. I know people who only signed the Petition form and Intent to Marry and nothing else was signed and/or notarised and no RFE, but I imagine it will depend heavily on the IO.

Hi. Is it okay if the copy of my fiance's passport has NO SIGNATURE since he forgot to sign it when we sent our packet. You think we might get RFE?

Hi. The thing is he forgot to sign his US passport alone before he even scanning it and sent a copy to USCIS. Of course producing a copy also has no signature. We're not really worried about this matter since we know that in most cases, USCIS checks the forms and proof of relationship. However, we need assurance.

Did your fiancé send in any other proofs of domicile? Like resident's card or birth certificate?

Well along with his passport copy, we also sent a copy of his birth certificate.

no worries then. they would accept one proof of domicile and might ignore the passport copy if something is wrong with it.
