Hello, 

 

i am a Brazilian and my husband is a American citizen, we got married October 2017, in the beginning of 2017 I did some elderly care for 3 months. 

Can I use this 3 months of work to help with the Affavidit of support like add to my husband income for 2017?

if not is anybody know if I need to file my taxes for 2017 if I am changing my status separate from my husbands? We are a little confused on the Affavidit of support form.

Hello, 

I heard that you need to send 5 to 7 letters from friends saying that they know me and my husband with the package for CHange of status application that this letters need to be notarized.So we really need to send now or in the day of interview? Thanks
