As I said before, We only got one response from them (consulate) and this response was received after the beneficiary had emailed them (consulate).

Package mailed USPS         : May 17, 2018 AOS ,EAD & AP

Package Delivered                : May 19, 2018

NOA 1 Email received           : May 28, 2018

NOA 1 Mail received             : June 01, 2018 ( NOA 1 date marked May 24, 2018)

Biometrics Letter Received : June 08, 2018

Biometrics date                     : June 19, 2018 

NEXT ?????????????????????????????

Is packet 4  alist of instructions on what to do? If so, Then that was what we (the beneficiary) received after contacting the consulate. If the Packet 4 is not the instruction then we did not received it.

If you gotten instructions then go ahead and follow what is on the list
