alien's address on petition

my wife is in Serbia and is Serbian. We are filling out her address on petition. only problem is her physical (non official) address is our apt in Belgrade. The address on her docs is different and no one she knows lives at that official address anymore. She can't change address officially bc landlord. should she put address on her docs as physical address. then in section 1.4 put a mailing address

US immigration forms ask where she lives, not where she is registered to live or what address is on her official documents.  Read carefully, interpret literally and answer accurately.  Unless she cannot receive mail at her physical address then there is no separate mailing address.
