How long before "Expedite Request Approved" did you received the "correspondence received" message?

Off top of my head the correspondence recieved status happened 2 to 3 days after faxing evidence. The approval 1 to 2 days thereafter

That would generally be the next step.  Likely within a week of that date.  “Generally”...

congrats so far!

My status has just changed to card is being produced, exactly one week after the status changed to 'expedite approved"

How long is it the card lands?

I can totally understand the frustration.  After I bared witness to the first Expedite request process, I anticipated the process for the second one (which did, in fact, proceed the exact same way).

My career (unfortunately/fortunately...lol) does elevate the necessity of this process progressing as “expeditiously” as possible.  Hence...

Just the same, hang in there.  So long as you provided an abundance of explicit proof and documentation, give the Officer the appropriate time to review your case - and the myriad of other cases - and it will get processed in due time.

Best wishes to you!

I appreciate it! Getting EAD is the most stressful process for me personally because the financial burden falling on one spouse and potential jeopardizing my career for not holding a job for half a year...

Best wish to you too! Cant wait for the whole process to get over

My current expedite status changed to 'Expedite Request Approved' on the 10th September just a few days after faxing over my job offer and supporting info.

Is my next status likely to be 'Card in Production'?

Card in hand 23rd September. Total expedite process took 3 to 4 weeks from initial phone call.

Expedited over financial hardship with pending job offer on a k1 AOS out of El Paso, Texas.

Thank you for all your help.

Hi guys. Maybe someone has had the same experience and could shine some light on my case. Biometrics done 7/16 and last update was that they fingerprint review was successful as of 7/26.

Called my congressman’s office to help me expedite my EAD as I received a job offer, the inquiry was made 9/13.

USCIS emailed back saying “A review of our systems shows your constituent’s case was recently received on 07/01/2019, and is currently undergoing front-end processing at the NBC.  Interim benefits, such as those applied for on Forms I-765 or I-131, are unable to be expedited until that process is complete. Please follow up in 30 days for a status update and an expedited review.”

What exactly is the front end process? Should the I-485 be reviewed first before allowing an expedite request? I thought that I can expedite once biometrics are done. My latest update on the EAD shows 7/26, fingerprints reviewed. Would there be a possible workaround?

Was anyone here in the similar case as mine? can you share your exp?

- On September 6, 2019, your request to have your case expedited, referral number xxx , was assigned to an officer for response.
- On September 10, 2019, we sent a response to your request to have your case expedited, referral number xxx
- On September 10, 2019, your request to have your case expedited, referral number xxx , was completed.

Expedite request was received on Sep10 and they also emailed me for additional proof. I faxed the evidence on the next day Sep 11. Last weekend I got an update:

- On September 20, 2019, we received your request for expedited processing on your Formxxx. We are reviewing your request and will notify you if we need additional information. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

I dont understand what is going on. The date was changed from Sep 10 to Sep 20 but the rest of that update is still the same ?????

I called USCIS and they said that is normal and all I have to do is wait. I got an offer letter recently and I really want that job. How do you guys tell your HR while you are waiting for EAD

I'm around the same timeline as you are. And I haven't heard back nothing. I got 2 offers already, but it seems like I have to deny both as EAD expedite is slow as . I talked to a tier 2 last week and they said if not hearing back for 30days, call them back again. What the point of expediting if this process is taking God damn 2 months at least???

I start to seek help from the senator's office. They are in the process taking care of it. Idk how long it will be tho
