Bit of a long shot here but does anyone have a screenshot from back in March when the AP I-131 processing time on the USCIS website was 3-5 months?

My senator needs it for my USCIS expedite request. I need to essentially prove that the processing times have practically doubled since Feb / March. HELP!

I don't know if this will work, there is a website called Wayback Machine that archives old web publications, then you enter the website you want to search back from there, and click on the past dates. Usually there's a capture, but I"m not sure how it works with the USCIS. I tried an earlier date and it says 5-7 months, slightly shorter than the current 6.5 to 8.5 months. (I'm testing using 765)

Can anyone tell me what is the longest they have seen someone wait for an expedite between documents being faxed to USCIS and status changing to "New card is in production"? I sent my documents 13 days ago now and although I know it takes some people much longer than others, I get more and more anxious with every passing day without an update.

I saw someone with 5 weeks. and a few cases of close to 1 month. Quite some around 3 weeks after sending documents.

That said, if you haven't yet, use all channels--phone call to USCIS, congressman, senator.

Thanks for the response. I reached out to my congresswoman but that hasn't been much help. I'll definitely try the senators next. Thank you!!

You guys! I got the card in the mail today - beyond happy!! :) I'm not actually sure if the expedite mattered at all (more on that in a sec), but I just couldn't be more relieved. Here's my timeline:

- 5/29: Request expedite over the phone (job offer beginning August 5th). Get an email telling me they will follow up with me soon.

- 6/10: No follow up for 11 days. I call again, agent says there was some kind of error.

- 6/14: I get an email around noon asking me to fax evidence. I couldn't get back to them during their office hours (I wasn't home, this was a friday), so I decide to send everything over on Monday.

-  6/17: I send them everything by 8:15 AM. No follow up. We were on a trip to MN where we are moving soon.

- 6/23: Get back home to discover an approval notice in the mail. No status change online. I797A is dated starting 6/17/19.

- 6/24: Card in the mailbox!

So either they got my materials in the morning, reviewed them and sent me a notice on the same day (in which case I'm totally amazed, great job USCIS!), or I would have got my card today anyway. My online case still has not been updated, and the I797A didn't say anything about an expedite.

Regardless, this is a huge relief. So very happy for everyone who got their card, and keeping my fingers crossed for anyone who hasn't yet.  Thanks a TON for the information, everyone.

Hi guys! This is my first time replying a topic here at VisaJourney. I do have some questions regarding the expedite request of my EAD. I'll provide my timeline first and then have my questions on the bottom :) And congrats to those who got their request fulfilled successfully!

01/18 got married :)

03/30 AOS package sent out (I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131)

04/08 Case was received; Fingerprint Fee was received

04/09 text messages received regarding receipt numbers

04/16 Biometric appointment letter received

04/22 RFE letter received

04/27 Response to RFE package sent out

04/29 Biometric appointment done

04/29 USCIS received response to RFE

04/30 Fingerprint review completed

05/20 Reached out to senator's office regarding my expedite request for EAD

05/23 Senator sent out the request on my behalf to USCIS

06/01 Senator sent an email to me, including a letter from NBC saying they received the expedite request and it was routed for expediting process

So my situation is that I was working under F1 OPT, but my OPT expired in this month and that's why I was asking for expediting under financial loss criteria by asking help from my senator. I provided my employer's supporting letter (which is a job continuation letter), a covered letter and also some of my pay stubs. But since 06/01 I haven't heard anything back from USCIS. Although my employer said he will keep my position and let me back for work after I get my EAD card, I'm still quite anxious because the living expense here at Boston area is crazy expensive so that's indeed a financial loss to me.

Do you guys have any suggestions? Is it the appropriate time for me to contact my senator again? Or I should wait till the end of June which is 30 days later after the the NBC letter received? Or you guys suggest me to probably call USCIS to ask an expedite by myself which I do not prefer since it might cause some confusions (not sure)?

Any feedback will be appreciated. Thank you all in advance. And fingercross to those who are still waiting for their EAD as me!
