EAD Expedite Timeline After Fax Request

I got that email April 9th, when did you get yours?

I received that email today. I faxed everything in on the 13th of April and again this past monday (because I wasnt sure if it was ok to fax things in on Saturday). So if they received my fax Saturday its been 6 days exactly since i faxed in my evidence.

Update I see my status has been updated to say that they sent a response and now says completed. This is after it said my case was assigned to an officer for review.

 

does this mean I wasn’t approved?? Because if I was approved wouldn’t it not say they sent a response after reviewing it?! 

 

Worried please advice

The response is the email you got. Then it'll say completed, Mine says the same thing.

This process as I am sure everyone on this feed can agree- can be so stressful!! Over analyzing every message and word and hard to understand what everything means or doesn’t need mean!

@JWSA26 Did you receive any update? I just received an email saying "We received your documents in support of your request to expedite the decision on your application. Your case is currently under review. You will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly."  Had faxed the documents on April 15th, and just received this letter. Hopefully we all get the approval soon!!!

We have same timelines. I have faxed the evidence on April 15th and just received an email saying "We received your documents in support of your request to expedite the decision on your application. Your case is currently under review. You will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly."  Can't wait for approval email now. Wishing you the same. Good luck!!!

Nothing, I just got off the phone with a Tier 2 and they said I'm on track and that if I don't receive an answer by the 45th day of the expedited original date when I requested it, to submit another one. NBC will not provide a response to Denial, and Tier 2 can't see if they denied it, he said to assume it was denied by the 46th day, unless I get action of a new card being received or a letter of approval in the mail.  I really hope they approve mine, they're taking forever.

Yeah honestly, when i spoke to Tier 2 officer it was such a disappointing. But in all honesty, i have only seen people getting approvals for legit use cases like ours so i dont see a reason why they will deny yours. Stay positive, it will be approved  . It's just a matter of time now!!

any changes / updates in your expedite requests?  It´s so frustrating, I just got email on April 12 that I will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly. 

SHORTLY!!!! I think calling uscis is a waste of time now depending on what others share....But thank you very much for all your timelines. you share.

Every time that an officer looks at your case you will receive those prompts on your case status page.

I just called USCIS and was transferred to a tier 2 who said that as of right now there is no response (I received an update Friday that they received my documents). Hoping and praying that I get a response ASAP!

How can you guys see the case history for an expedite request? Are the new notifications put under the I-765 tracking?? I'm not sure how to look up the history for an expedite request when the only number they gave us was the one starting in"TBxxxx..."
