Yeah you're right, I'll just wait.  Thanks!  Did you just submit an employment offer letter and a letter from yourself, or all the secondary stuff like bills, etc.?

I did send secondary stuff as well but no bills and no financial documents except of my W2 forms of the past 2 years. Proof of my termination from my former company.

Got it, thank you!  I'll stick to the same - I would rather avoid a 40 page package of various bills.  Seems extra desperate...

What I have seen its between 3 to 7 days. Most of them exactly 7 days between "Card in production" and card received. I assume that you have not received your card yet either? Anyone who was approved last week has not received their card yet. You are not alone.

No. Not yet. So annoying.

You must be even more frustrated since it took longer for your case to be approved and now we don't even get the card like everyone else within a week. I feel better now but still a little mad at this whole unfair situation.

Yes, TN is the Treaty NAFTA status for Mexicans and Canadians under certain professional umbrellas. I've been employed fulltime under this TN status since 2015, and it's about to expire later this year. Since TN is a non-immigrant visa, I'm no longer eligible, having ties to US, husband and baby and all. Otherwise, it's similar to H1B, except there is no lottery and for Canadians, granting the status is at the discretion of the CBP officer based on the evidence you provide. If you get approved, you're eligible to work in the US for that employer beginning on that day.

It seriously is. But I’m not surprised and I don’t get as frustrated because nothing in this whole process has been fast or reasonably paced, so I just sit here and wait. I really wish we could file some kind of complaint but it’s the government.
