It was almost 30 days for me from approval of expedite to receiving the card.

My status is updated to "card is being produced" so they approved my EAD in less than a day.

I see that yours is approved and was received within 3 days.

so it took 3 business days from "card is being produced" to "receiving the card in hand"?

My PD is may/06. and I expedited based on financial loss with my job offer. My bio date was 11/23 and they asked me for further documents at dec/25. I sent the documents multiple times but nothing has happened. Instead my I131 has been updated to the ''expedite request has been approved" which I haven't requested for that. So weird and I'm still waiting. Does anyone have any recommendation? I have talked to tier 2 but he was not informative at all.

Is an official job offer enough evidence for an expedite request due to financial loss?

For a request yes, for an approval no.

Has anyone recently submitted an expedite request? I submitted mine on 20th and got an email to send an evidence on 24th. I sent some evidence a couple of hours later. My EAD expedite request is approved in less than a day.

How long does it take to get an EAD card now?

Hi!  Do you mind telling me if you have had the biometrics appointment or only the I797 receipt confirmation? I sent my package end of January 2021 and I havent heard anything back but the check was chased today. Coincidently today I was offered a job and I want to know if I have to wait for I 797 or the biometrics appointment before sbmitting an expedite request.

You'll have to wait until you complete biometrics to expedite. I was in the same position as you, received a job offer prior to biometrics and then submitted an expedite request and then had an email to state that its denied because of no biometrics.

Now I have done biometrics I requested expedite again took 8 days for them to acknowledge the request and to fax evidence, I faxed evidence within a few hours of them emailing me, its now been 2 weeks and not heard anything back.

Guys,

I requested an expedited process in my N400 case and received a case number. How can I follow up on my request. I checked online but nothing was attached to my case.

thanks in advance
