Hi @nnamdi, did you do your original biometrics at a consulate or in the us? If you did them in the us you're good. I did mine at a consulate but intend to try the same thing as you as soon as I have a job offer. Fingers crossed

I did my original biometrics at the point of entry here in the us in 2014. I don’t know if they can use that

Hi guys,

USCIS just received my response for RFE today. Any idea how can I again start my EAD expedite request?

My EAD expedite request has already been approved on April 8th.

Look at Wayne’s post I believe he also had an RFE after approval. Goodluck

Hey yall, anyone who recently got their EAD, did you get your SSN or got any updates regarding it?

Hi Wayne

I am in the same boat as you were a few days back coz they sent me an RFE for i485 which paused my EAD process, now that I have sent my RFE response back to them and they have also updated that they have received my documents today. So what what could be my next step to resume the EAD process? I read your previous posts on this thread where you mentioned that you called the customer care and talked to tier 2 officer, so should I also try doing that or wait for 45 days after my expedite request was approved?

please advice...!!!

I don't think I've seen any mention of this in this thread, so just a PSA that you can actually request an expedite online. You don't have to call in. Just start talking to "Emma" and ask to live chat.
