WOAH!! Our Case Status just updated to "Card in Production"!!! We didn't receive any other updates since they sent the e-mail requesting evidence. We faxed on 6/27, and got the update today (14 days)!

Update!! So Excited right now. Just got an update that New Card Is Being Produced. So excited and relived a bit now. I was giving them 45 days and today was Day 44. I can relax a little bit now and just continue waiting. 🙏🥳

12/10/2019 - Package received (Chicago Lockbox)
01/13/2020 - Received text message receipts (for the 2 forms)
01/17/2020 - Received NOA for biometrics appointment (notice date: 01/10/2020)
01/28/2020 - Biometrics Completed

Thanks much! It was such a wait but i just followed what one Tier 2 told me and I have been patient and going from there.

Is it 45 days from when you made the request or submitted the request for initial evidence?

It's been 36 days so far, but I'm not sure if an RFE resets it or pauses the time. We shall see. The more frustrating part to me is that the status doesn't seem to change in real time, instead it happens in batches.

Ok then. Well, as i said before, the Tier 2 agent that sounded like he knew what he was doing told me to give it 30-45 days, that's why I never really called them that much, but you have a little more time so you should get your next update within the 45 days. 🤞

You're right, it's just a matter of patience. I've tried everything in the book, been told every possible thing. Got an email Tuesday morning that I'll receive a decision in a couple of days. So we'll see.
