Yes and it arrives faster than that by 1 day. We called Post Office and asked for holding it there and picked it up.

My expedite approval triggered an RFE. Tier 2 officer couldn’t tell me what it was about and didn’t want to email me the notice until 5 days before deadline, so we’ll probably have to wait until Monday to find out what the hold up is.

Same thing happened to me. Cause a month delay on my processing. Good luck and keep calling/opening service requests if needed.

I am going to walk in for biometric today I was wondering if there is any form you have to fill out at the biometric office before they take you ?

No just the biometric letter. If it’s busy they won’t let you in. Try to look in first and see how busy it is. If there are 5+ people, not even worth trying. Good luck.

Waiting for mine. EAD received on Friday. Others in this thread has gone to SSA office with EAD in hand and have been told 2 weeks. I've also read where it was sent automatically 3-5 days after.

Went to the SSA today. First office told me that “policy is that new EAD holders must wait 4 weeks before applying” which is clearly wrong. Drove to another office and was processed on the spot and given a letter stating I can start work immediately.

Hi anyone here had a RFIE after requesting EAD expedite did that affect the EAD expedite request?? Please I'm so worried and information is appreciated!!
