Interestingly, dhs case status for my I 765/131 changed from 'Card is being produced' to 'we approved your case' today. It looks like going backward...lol

Even more funny is when you see your card starts before production date update! Love uscis websites.

Did any one experienced this ?? i Expedited my I-765 on 6/26 and they send response on 6/27. I faxed/mailed documents to USCIS by 7/2 after 14days my case history changed to as below but there is no update on my case status. Any one seen like this ????

Hi y'all. I've been silently stalking because I'm in the same boat. I've been trying to fax the job offer through HelloFax. Has anyone actually had any success with the fax number? Is it just pure relentless trying that eventually makes it go through, or did everyone just end up taking another route (through Congressman/mailing)?

I know what you're feeling. What I ended up doing was mailing it and having my congressman inquiry in it so he also send a copy. I don't know which one worked but I got my case expedited a week after the mail/congressman inquiry (I did both the same day).

Hi everyone,

 

I recently requested my EAD to be expedited based on “severe financial loss” due to my DACA EAD expiring in August 16. I called and made the request on 7/13 and received an email on 7/18 saying my case is under review.

Did you get approved without being asked for evidence, or did they send you something else later on asking for evidence. I also received this email shortly after submitting my request.
