Have you tried calling and speaking with a tier 2 officer?. They have a lot more access to look into cases.

I've spoken to T2 officers multiple times and the only useful thing they told me was "if for any reason you have to submit another expedite request, contact T2 to do so, since T1 makes a lot of mistakes on those"

Not even kidding.

I have been there. My first expedite request, even after repeating my email address 3 times. The person still took it down wrong and because of this I didn't know they had sent me an email asking for further evidence until 2 weeks after they sent it.

Does anybody know if SSN Card comes with or after EAD? I would imagine after since its different offices.

SSN comes after the EAD.

Looks like up to 7 working days after EAD at the moment.

My EAD card arrived on Sat am, still waiting for SSN

Great. Thanks! I wonder if you can get it early from the SSA office

My understanding, this may be way off the mark, is that if apply once you have the EAD in hand and apply from your local SSA office then it takes weeks.

if you do not have your card 7 business days after you receive the EAD you can call the SSA and ask them where your application is in the process.

i am waiting for my children’s SSN to arrive so I can get them out to work so understand your frustration with the waiting.

Thanks for the advice, I would go crazy having to wait an additional month.
