Hey...

 

So, not a solution...but try calling it from a phone and see if you even hear the chirping noises if the other side picks up.

 

If you hear anything else, either the phone line is down, busy, you have the wrong number, or the fax machine is probably offline.

 

Just test that and see what happens?

WOAH!! Our Case Status just updated to "Card in Production"!!! We didn't receive any other updates since they sent the e-mail requesting evidence. We faxed on 6/27, and got the update today (14 days)!

A CR-1/IR-1 would not ask for an EAD Expedite.   An EAD is typically for a K1 or someone adjusting in the US.

GUYS！！！My expedite case just got approved this morning! Recently the process is really fast. And as long as you prepared enough evidence you will be fine!

Ah I think they need to give their decision first - Whether they approve or deny the petition. Its after that approval, the card will be shipped

I've seen a lot of expedite timelines. I'm sorry to say that there's no specific timeline for when a status changes during an expedite request :(.... Some people didn't even see the 'Request for additional information received' status and it directly changed to 'Card in Production'.
