my husband is in his birth country had his interview February 5 2018 and they told him he needed additional information which was weird because our lawyer summitted everything anyways i had our daughter the 3 ofFrebuary and since im diasble (“mentally”) i need help and i have nobody to help me he didnt told in his interview we had just had a baby but since this is taking longer than we expected what can we do!? i need him to be here to support me and his daughters financially and physical. would it matter if we summit he just had another daughter but the problem is i dont have the birthcertificate this is so hard and its draining me out and giving me more medical issues

Being pregnant or having a child will not expedite your case, if that were the case, a lot more people would get pregnant for an expedite. Submit the additional documents and all you can do is wait. If they kept his passport that's good; once they receive your additional paperwork and review everything, they'll make a decision. Best of luck to you guys.

That’s not a reason to expedite. Also, you don’t have anything to expedite. If you’re at the interview stage, you are almost done. They told him he needs more information, you didn’t specify what they asked him, but if they didn’t give you a denial then you still have a chance to get that visa and the only thing you can do is give them what they asked for and wait out however long it takes them to process it. Also, you saying you need him to be there to support you financially does not look good because you are supposed to support him financially seeing as you are the USC. Unless you used a sponsor, you have to get a job that will support you, your husband, and you daughter.
