Good day everyone, so just a interesting scenario that I thought I would reach out to each of you to hear your thoughts about.

So my wife and I live on the West Coast, ( LA) and we submitted the I751 back in Nov of 2017, so still a long wait to come. But here is the rub. Due to some health concerns and family matters we intend to move next year back to the East Coast so we can be with family. now, due to CSC taking longer than usual, the chances are that the ROC wont be approved until possibly next year. So even though I know we would have t submit the AR-11, is there a residency requirement for the interview to take place back east if that scenario plays out? would the case be transferred due to the jurisdiction of our possible new location? i.e go from CSC to VSC? Just thought I would starting thinking of the ramifications of it all as we wait for CSC to get into 2017 cases.

The immigrant spouse will file AR-11 and the U.S citizen spouse will send form I-865 which is sponsor's change of address form. Moving to another place will not delay or affect your case. They adjudicate the I-751 at Service centers so they might transfer it another service center but you never know. As long as you notify them about your address change you should be good. Your NOA priority remains the same even if you move somewhere else, regards.
