I have some stupid questions regarding DS-3032

1. My agent would be my petitioner. So I did check the first box and write his name. My question is, did you write your agent's name twice? Since there are 2 lines for it. This is what I did:

[] I appoint: I put my hubby's name on it as my agent blah blah blah should be sent to:

I put my hubby's name again on it

Am i right?

2. Can I leave the other choices blank or do I have to put N/A

3. Do I need anything to send with this form? Like B.C., M.C., or that would be for DS-230

Last stupid question is: Can I send it through DHL?

You can also just email it by using the example email HERE in Time Savers for NVC. Many have done this now without any problems and received a return email accepting such.

In completing the DS-3032 it states clearly 'to check one box only'

No you dont send anything with it.

You sure can. I have seen numerous posts now of members doing it this way and having no problems at all. Just make sure you do get a return email from them. They usually email back same or next day.

And just to tell you: had you sent it by mail, you filled it out correctly, putting the name twice and leaving the other options blank.

You can send everything DHL, UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Only mail to P.O Box addresses can only be sent by regular mail, at least from US
