Hello everyone,

So my i-130 form was delivered on Feb' 15th via USPS and i am still waiting for my check to be cashed by USCIS. Any idea when can i expect them to cash my check so that i know they have processed my application. I am also aware of NOA receipt # will be delivered to me with in couple of weeks but i am getting worried why the check has not been cashed.

Any other information will be highly appreciated.

Thank you!

Hi,

A holiday just passed and the 15th was only last week. I'd give it until end of the week. Don't stress about it.

They will cash and send NOA1 to you whenever they get your document. you can call USPS to see it reaches to USCIS or not. no worry. good luck :)
