Vaccines for medical checkup

Hello,

 

Attached here are the vaccines that I have taken since my birth. I can't find a proper list of all the vaccines required for US entry, the list keeps differing  Could someone inform me as to which vaccines are missing from this list?

Good to know: if you haven't taken the shots within 10 years before the medical, you need to take one more dose again. But it might just be a Singapore thing.

 

And you are probably missing Varicella(chicken pox).

That is right, you need a vaccine for chicken pox if you never had the disease. The most people in Germany had chicken pox as a child.  The German Doctor in Hamburg said it is enough if I am 100% sure that I  had the disease as a child  and I do not need a vaccine or a test .  Nevertheless I made a blood test at my normal doctor that showed that I have antibodies to show I had chicken pox. But of course in can be different in other countries!  You should ask the doctor, where you do the medical examination, about that.
