We have been working on our paperwork for a while now. Cfo seminar, passports, NBI clearance, pictures, mingling of finances, affidavits of our marital Union, our passport style photos, birth certificates, marriage contracts, from both our weddings, Courthouse and Assembly of God Church, passports, Acri-cards, my permanent residency proof, lots of photos our marriages, and our relationship for our almost five years of marriage, I-130s, and I-130A for my wife, fight tickets, hotel stays, other copies of travel documents! We feel like we are ready, and our Petitions materials look good! We are very hopeful for a fast approval! It has been a lot of work gathering all the information, and now we are ready!

We filed our Petitions this morning at 9 a.m. They wanted a Philippines mailing address. My wife's mailing address which h we are using here in the Philippines is so long we had trouble writing it all in. They kept my wife's set of photos, and sent the kids photos back with is, and told us we would need them at our interviews. It went well! The lady told us we didn't miss any documents or anything with our filing, and it looks good for now. She told in keep our phone working, and also to watch our emails, and watch the spam folder to make sure nothing from Immigration goes in there. We are praying for fast approval! She told us 30 to 60 days, as we are hoping for shorter duration waiting for approval rather than longer.

The cost is $535.00 for each person you are Petitioning. I filled out an I-130 for each person, and then submitted all the documents that Immigration suggested in the instructions for the I-130, iludig lots of pictures of our lives together. The Beneficiary has to fill out an I-130 A suplmental Information, an signs and dates it. The Petitioner signs and dates every thing else.
