EAD Approval implies that NBC is happy with AOS docs?

Hi, someone mentioned this archived webpage about NBC https://www.uscis.gov/archive/blog/2012/06/national-benefits-center-what-it-is-and There is a paragraph about AOS quoted below

In the Form I-485 process, an applicant must provide all initial evidence, before the applicant can be scheduled for interview.  If evidence is missing, the NBC will issue a Request for Evidence (RFE).  An RFE places a hold on the I-485 application, as well as the associated applications filed with the I-485 application (for example, Form I-130, Form I-765, Form I-131), until the NBC receives the missing initial evidence. 

 

I got RFIE for my AOS, which I replied but am unsure whether the NBC is happy with my response. Now that my EAD is approved, does this imply that NBC is happy with my response?

 

Has there been anyone who got EAD before they received RFE or RFIE?

Has there been anyone who got a second or third RFE or RFIE after they received their EAD?

No, the I-485 and I-130 are adjudicated separately from the I-765 and I-131.

Thanks!! Sorry I did not mention that I am adjusting from K-1, not sure if it matters.
