PENDING I485 DECISION

Hello,

What can I do if my I485 application has been pending for more than 2 years? I have been down this road before only to be denied. This is my 2nd application and it seems like the same thing is happening again. I am trying not to rush USCIS to make a decision just like I did before by doing numerous info-pass. SO what else is my recourse? When I went for the interview, the interviewing office interviewed my wife and myself together with my son and later separated us. At the end of the interview, he said he had no problem with my interview and he will be approving it later but need to get the supervisor's approval. He called me a few days later on the phone and asked me some questions, which I gave him the adequate response. It's been 2 years now and I haven't heard a response. My EAD was extended for 6 months and it's about to expire in few days. Am really concern that something funny is going on but can place my fingers on it. Has anyone been in this situation before and can anyone please advise on what I can do.

So you had a previous spouse and your petition through them was denied because they thought that it wasn’t a genuine relationship, then you applied for vawa but this too was denied most likely due to not meeting the genuine relationship requirements still needed in vawa cases, and then you met another us citizen and this is the interview you were then waiting two years after for a reply? Have you contacted your senator’s immigration aide? Or the ombudsman

Why did you get denied the first time? Can you elaborate a bit to help with more precise responses.

I have been denied before based on the argument that I am suspected of fraud. I was taking to deportation role. My deportation case was dropped because I filed VAWA after an abusive relationship. I got my I130 approved but never got I485 approved bt ATL office. My VAWA was later canceled and for the second time, they have no evidence to prosecute me for fraud. I was married for 6 years before and 3 years later I got remarried. So when I applied for my papers, the interview went well but the interviewing officer said he need supervisor approval to grant me a green card. Here am I still waiting 2 years after. So I don't know what action I can do.
