HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RFE ABOUT BIRTH CERTIFICATE

hello everyone,

my wife just got a RFE saying "you have submitted secondary evidence and/ or a birth affidavit as proof of your birth record"

what exactly does this mean?

has anyone been through a case like ours that perhaps can give us some advise of what to sent back to uscis?

She is mexican and I'm a US citizen can it be that uscis sent this for the both of us or just me or just her?

 all HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 would be greatly appreciated we are in desperate need of help this is the only thing holding our case back

Did the RFE say that the evidence  is insufficient?

I feel like you’re not mentioning all of it. That can’t be all it said. They must have said something else.

Im not sure what is required but the translation was pretty accurate

You have submitted secondary evidence and or a birth affidavit as proof of your birth record. Howevee the evidence you have submitted is insufficient. Examples of acceptable secondary evidence may include but is not limited to church or school recods listings  ypur parents' namea and your date of birth, hospital records of ypur birth, or other official recorda indicating a country and record of birth

§ 1003.33 Translation of documents.

 

Any foreign language document offered by a party in a proceeding shall be accompanied by an English language translation and a certification signed by the translator that must be printed legibly or typed. Such certification must include a statement that the translator is competent to translate the document, and that the translation is true and accurate to the best of the translator's abilities.

I made copies of the package we sent to uscis and in fact there is a form stating what you just replied above and it is signed by the translator just like it's required

I can't think of nothing else but thanks for the help  have a good night
