Getting Ready and Awaiting NOA2 and NVC Stage

Good afternoon guys...

This was something I had been running away from, but finally between yesterday and today I have already prepared it, and I have to really say that I only need 2 documents to ask my country: Cuba. And the documents of my wife's AOS that we will request once the NOA2 arrives, I made a complete guide of the steps to follow in the NVC stage and the cover letters of AOS and package IV are already advanced. date and my case number once assigned.
At the same time, the document that is ready, birth certificate, is scanned and waiting, the photocopy of the biographical page of the passport is scanned and waiting, and the questions that required memory for the DS-260 are also answered.
I did a spoon-based guide for myself based and adjusted to my case, and I have learned a lot of things in these 2 days!
It is my advice to those people whose NOA2 is eventually close, my PD is August 24.

@Jhonny What do you mean by documents of your wife's AOS? Are you referring to the IRS tax transcripts? If so, I would advise getting them early. For some reason it took many weeks before my husband's arrived in hard copy mail. Anyway those don't expire so you can prepare them in advance  And you can also start filling out i864 once you have those financial information (assuming they don't change to a newer version later...) and save that so that everything is ready to be printed, signed and dated later on.

Yes IRS Taxes are the preferred of NVC and Embassy! 

Tell her to request them online, or a copy to be sended to the e-mail.

Yes,the I864 of my wife, and my brother in law is also being constructed. 

Answers of DS260 are currently in a document so is just copy and paste in the correct DS260 Field. 

Tomorrow I'm going to start the translations of:

Marriage Certificate. 

Police Records. 

Birth Certificate. 

My wife divorce decree. 

Those translations to have it ready. 

I want everything clear and ready,triple checked the package,to avoid a verification list (the RFE at NVC stage).

Preparing all the stuff ,and being proactive instead of reacting is the way at this point...

@Jhonny I don't know how he ended up receiving hard copies instead when there was an email option. Anyway... you are super prepared! I hope you breeze through NVC once you get your NOA2!

The NVC gives the options of receiving it thru e-mail or just consulting online, I prefer having them in the e mail,to make the copies at any time,of the embassy is required to take them too!

Wife´s IRS and Brother in law IRS : Done!

I864 of my wife and my Brother in law: Tomorrow will be filed the most that I can!

What else, what else can I do????

Oh yes! Wait for Nebraska for my NOA2!

And yes, I intend to stick around after the process too  Actually I will be getting CR-1 so I definitely need to do some research here on removal of conditions, but I agree with helping others out or just providing some moral support. I was so lost when we first started out on this journey!

Yes, ROC are in almost 2 years from your POE.

But there are many people who need our help here, and many wise people who bring us their help!

Today I will start filing both I864 and just wait for the financial data! And well, keep waiting, Aug 24 is going to be 6 months since NOA1! 6 Months! This seems to be the top of the mountain the half of the way!

Jhonny&ms _bobdog. You guys have been really helpful and encouraging and I appreciate it alot..the goodvibze is awesome because I love positive energy .....pd August 16, Potomac. .hopefully by the end of the month ur noa2 will arrive..

Yes, those documents are good.

My NVC package is going to be assembled like this:

 

1- General Cover Letter

2- Checklist.

3- NVC Welcome Letter.

4-IV Cover Letter Package (Out of the Manila Sheet of Package IV).

5- Package IV.

6- Cover Letter of Package AOS (Out of the Manila Sheet of Package AOS).

7- Package AOS.

8- Content letter of Other Supporting Documents (Out of the Manila Sheet of Other Supporting Documents Package).

9- Package Other Supporting Documents.

 

This, guys is the order of the list sended by NVC at their stage, Is going to be one entire package, but separated in three packages inside.

All the documents page (except NVC Welcome Letter, General Cover Letter and Checklist) must have written on right top the NVC case number, is highly recommended to do this, in case they confuse in NVC the papers are easier to reintegrate them to the case! I´m going to do that too, I´m NOT giving any advise that I wouldn´t follow!
