Id like to ask if there are any people out there who recently from 2016-2018 have gone for thier k1 visa medical exam in cape town south africa. 

 

Do they do a drug test and if so did the doc use urine, blood, or hair folicles for the drug screen??

 

this is a serious question id like to ask please guys. 

Can some one walk me threw the process from start to finish?

Medical requirements are the same for every country. You'll be asked whether you ever took any drugs and have to answer truthfully. They will take your urine and do blood work as part of the medical.
