RFEs package not received

I checked the USCIS app and it said on December 05 2017 that they mailed a RFE notice as of today 02/20/2018 77days later i still haven’t receive anything, I am afraid im going to go over the time and they’ll denied the application. I have done several services request i sent a certified letter to laguna and no response as of yet. Can someone please give me any advice.

make a info pass ASAP...they can print out the letter on the spot for you!

I went to the USCIS building in NYC last month, they told me they couldn’t open the letter that only the california center had access to the RFEs, but she also told me that if in 30 days i didnt get anything to go back, friday would be 30 days, i will be there very early in the AM. Thanks for taking the time to respond.

Just a suggestion, when you called, did you ask for a Supervisor?  I called re: my bio appt.  Level 1 could not tell me anything, Supervisor was able to tell me the details of a letter that was sent (?)  to me (which I have never received) and was also able to fax it to me.  They can only fax things, no email.  If you don't have access to a fax, there are a couple of online fax to email services.

I believed i did, and they transfered me to 2 level idk what which they said my waiting time was 253 mins, they called me back and did an “expedite service request” the only thing they tell me is that they cant open the email or letter to give me details on the evidence they asking for. This is reallt stressful.

I can understand the stress.  Maybe an infopass is the best course.  The more times you contact, the better, if you don't get any info from your infopass consider engaging your congressman.  Just keep pushing and keep the faith.

And that means exactly what? I got a called back from an officer from LA CA  stating that whatever evidence they needed they got it. But my question is from where if I never received anything.
