I know I have to have I-130...but how about my 10year old son from previous?do I need to fill up another form for him? we've been married 6yrs almost and he stayed here in the Philippines almost 7yrs with me.Thank You!:)

He needs a I-130 as well if you want him to get a visa (assuming he is not a USC from previous)

The Petitioner fills out an I-130 for each person, for you, for your son. The Beneficiary fills out the I-130 A, supplemental information about the Beneficiary. MPH-Petitions fling the I-130 in Manila is a good check list of requirements, and that is what we went by for guidance. I think it is on the NCSIS.GOV web site. Then after gathering all the documents you file your Petitions in Manila if you are doing DCF there.

Greetings!

Me and my husband are planning to do DCF in manila, but we don't know how to start it...is there a site where we can get a guide and all forms? Thank You so much!

www.uscis.gov.    You can find a good list of the requirements an that is what we used to guide us for getting our Petitions requirements together.
