Lol 😂

I think some of the tests done during the medical are just done to justify the fee charged. I had my eyesight tested. There's nothing in the rules that says that good eyesight is required. Although it does help with all the crazy paperwork 😂

For what it is worth @Sal11I am worried about my medical too, since my (and every visa applicant's future) is depending on passing it I guess it is only natural,  I have small flat lump on my neck, it has been there for years and my Doctor said if it changes come back and see him, but I am still worried about that  and the whole medical in case they find something....  even though I have medicals for my work I still hate them

I fully agree...it is one big game to be honest. I work at a Major Medical Center in Infectious Diseases in New York City. The IOM (International Organization for Migration) clears refugees WITH active TB and some STDs. They do the skin test somehow and give them a clearance. One can just hope they are latent positive without the highly contagious lung condition.

I do not think this will preclude you from getting passed on Medicals but I would get it checked out in case it is something else

Your answer was helpful and so reassuring!! Thanks 😍 and I was just a Lil worried :( I'm scared what if I won't clear up. I dont think ive something which can make me inadmissible.. By big infections you mean communicable diseases?

By big infections I mean HIV, TB and the like. Don’t worry. For what you are saying there is no reason why you would not clear that medical portion. :)

They don't check for HIV anymore.
