Tuberculous lymphadenitis usually presents as a gradually increasing painless swelling of one or more lymph nodes of weeks to months duration. Some patients, especially those with extensive disease or a co-existing disease, may have systemic symptoms i.e. fever, weight loss, fatigue and night sweats.

So basically it is a precursor or a symptom of TB. So that is why they check the Lymph Nodes. So was this a general question or are you worried about something?

Thank you sir, I learned something new today. I just originally thought it was a early symptom of having cancer.

I'm worried cuz I felt something under my skin. This is the place I can have sebaceous glands here, too. I'll definitely go to a doctor. I've cystocele so it could because of some infection too? Not sure. I can feel something joined by one another it doesn't feel like one node. I went to the doctor and she examined it and assured that it is just a swelling of your internal structure nothing else. I'm worried cuz I can feel it.

No, unless there was some other inadmissible medical condition is present with a symptom of swollen lymph nodes.  But swollen lymph nodes are almost always caused by minor infections.  Some people have swollen lymph nodes when no infection is present.

"They may represent an infection around that area, such as a tooth infection or abscess, throat infection, viral illness, or upper respiratory infection. These are usually the case."

Best wishes on your journey..

I've a pelvic floor prolapse/cystocele. I left it untreated cuz it didn't bother me. I got checked by doctor but she didn't specify any disease. Maybe I'm suffering with some infection, who knows! I'll get it checked by any other doctor again.
