hi does anyone know that for the "letter of intent" which we are supposed to bring along during interview, do we need to change the address?

Previously when we sent in for I-129F, below is the address i put. But right now for Singapore Consulate do i need to change the address as well?

This letter is not required during the interview.

From what I have been able to see from the P3 letter (I have a partial P3 from Singapore) the letter is not needed. If you would like to include it just address it to the Singaporean Embassy.

You could refer to early page. There was a clear scan of P3 letter. Sorry I might not be able to help, as I didn't keep the copy of P3.

Thanks for the tip. The OP who had a link to it was removed by management as I can only semis that happened because I get an error message. I did go further down the page and someone had quoted and the link in their quote was still active so I was able to secure a copy. Thanks again.

got our packet 3 today, we answered wrong in this question, glad they just corrected it instead of RFE?

Hello!

 

I received my K1 yellow package in good condition (no tear) but the envelope got caught onto my bag zipper while I was packing so one of the sides now has about 5cm tear  Read about other cases like mine but most of them have tears that are very small (2-3 cm). I was wondering whether will I get denied if I have such tear on my envelope? Shall I contact my embassy again to re-seal it? Appreciare if someone could help me out on this

i dont think you need to worry on this  your have your fiance's birth certificate as one of your evidences right?

No im not worried.. This is from Packet 3..we're approved

If it was me.. I would contact embassy and inform them, show them pic, see what they say.. I wouldn't risk it..

Thank you for this! Yes I went back to the US embassy this morning and they helped me resealed my package on the spot! Kudos to them for being so efficient. As long as the rip does not allow you to take out or tamper with the papers, you dont have to surrender it to them for investigation.
